Stacktrace LLC, a Cedar Park, TX - based Software Consulting Services Firm has multiple

openings for JOB ID 12625: AI-Enabled Performance Marketing Associate.

JOB DUTIES

1. Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns

across paid and organic platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram),

LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.

2. Involve developing ad creatives, landing pages, conversion funnels, managing campaign

budgets, tracking KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS and implementing data-

driven optimizations.

3. Assist in setting up and managing analytics using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and CRM

integrations.

4. Conduct audience research and segmentation, execute A/B testing across campaigns,

and build automated email and lead-nurturing workflows.

5. Involve in leveraging AI tools for content creation, campaign automation, audience

targeting, and performance reporting.

6. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with

business objectives.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science,

or a related field is required with at least 60 months of experience. Salary ranges between

$95,306.00 to $97,000.00/year.
